In Strategic Consulting Team in Knight Frank

  • During the pandemic developed an Social Distancing Capacity Tool, to analyse the floorplan and show only workstations fulfilling the distance given by the user according to the local law using R, picture processing, cluster analysis and ggplot/plotly to visualise the data.
  • Developed RShiny application to calculate company space requirements for office buildings according to data given by the user (like headcount, desk sharing ratio, office and remote workers) together with local market best practices to show suggested space, predicted costs and demand for various types of space (focus, social, collaboration).
  • Created a script used to generate overall 143 online Commute Reports showing the impact on the employee’s commute time according to current office location and relocation options using Google API and RMarkdown.
  • Built the webpage of the product in WordPress and I hosted it on VPS on Linux Ubuntu and I used this for deploying webapps in RShiny and Python Dash.
  • Developed a script to analyze workplace surveys, generating over 50 reports detailing worker profiles, preferences, sentiments, and expectations regarding the workplace environment.

  • Over 5 years analysed 2434 participants on 20 projects to study the psychological impact of foundation activities on dimensions like self-esteem, well-being, locus of control or social skills.
  • Built an interactive dashboard using RShiny, enabling user to group, filter and investigate connections across multiple variables and compute the statistic tests (eg. t-Student test) to distinguish which differences are valid.

  • Assisted over 100 research projects in setting up the right methodology, picking right psychological constructs and measuring tools to make highest quality research.
  • Used various research schema and statistics tools for finding correlation, group comparison or dimension reduction techniques like t-Student, ANOVA, EFA, CFA and SEM.
