About me
I am a psychologist who can do the math.
I use my knowledge and data to help you making right decisions.
I have two backgrounds – psychology and physics. Since physics is just applied math, I can use both fields to solve problems. Math helps me to understand the data, what’s behind that and psychology helps me to present it to people in understandable way.
But it works both ways. Sometimes psychology helps me to understand the problem – explain human behaviour in terms of theory, and then construct a research or a tool to understand what’s behind that. And as a final step – do the statistical analysis to go to conclusions.

Hard Skills
R is my basic programming language. This is what I started with 5 years ago. I write functions and scripts for ambiguous purposes - cleaning data, reshaping, calculating indicators, etc.
Research in the social science, especially in Psychology is my main field of expertise. I can prepare and conduct research from scratch - formulate research questions, hypothesis, variables (including tools and methods to measure it), indicators and statistical data analysis and final conclusions. I can do various plans - correlational research, psychometric or even experiments.

- t-Student tests
- Various correlation test (like Pearson's, Spearman's and others)
- Linear regression models, non-linear regression, logistic regression
- Mediation analysis
- Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)
- Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Structural Equation Models (SEM) including Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)
Construction and validation psychometric tests - from theory through items, elimination and statistical evaluation (EFA, CFA, accuracy and reliability)
Regardless of area - I can create interactive dashboars showing results of analysis - user can individually explore insights which he or she is interested in.
I know basics stuff - pandas, scikit, numpy. I did some basic data science exercises using jupiter, but this is not the language I use in everyday work.
I was working with SQL in the past. I can write basic queries and more complicated one.
I work in Excel when I need to. I don't perceive that as a flexible or efficient tool, but for some tasks you can't find better. I can write some functions, like index, match, vlookup, left, right, find and others, prepare pivot tables and various charts.
Tool which I learned in the university. I can do descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, t-test, corelation tests, ANOVA and non parametric substitutes, regression models.
I have own VPS. It holds rStudio server, rShiny server, wordpress (including this page).
I find this tool as very convenient and fast if you want to prepare basics dashboard but not for complex things.
What to say... I can install wordpress on linux, add plugins and make a website like that 😉
It depends what you mean "big". 10 GB csv files can be processed by R of Phython on personal computer.
